Where is Serena??? - Gossip Girl Premieres for its Final Season

'Tis the premiere of Gossip Girl's sixth and final season. Now let's do a quick run down of our fave Upper East Siders.

Well, first of all, what happened to Serena? Has she gone off the rails? Where is she? So many questions... Read on to find out.

Blair left Dan for Chuck, going "all in" for him. She follows him to Monte Carlo and sit beside him at a poker table giving him all that she can offer, take it or leave it. Fast forward this season, it is revealed that they had two days at Monte Carlo together doing the nasty and what not, before making a pact to fulfill all the things they plan on doing and get back together. For Chuck, Blair is one huge distraction that will only cost him his father's legacy, hence, the "we're together, but not really together" relationship status.

Chuck, after that pact, took over Bass Industries. He went to Dubai to check on his dad's "unfinished business" before he, well, fake died. There he meets Amira (Andrea Gabriel), who apparently knows something about an off-the-record Bart Bass business deal. He is trying to find out what it is when he gets a call from New York about a missing family member.

Blair, meanwhile, is also busy taking over her mother's fashion legacy. Eleanor Waldorf has retired from the fashion business now and well, handed it over to her one and only little girl. She jets off to Paris to meet with an associate, Jean Pierre. She also gets a call from New York, causing her to take the next flight home.

At the Bass' abode, Chuck meets Momma Van Der Woodsen-Bass-Humphrey-Bass (Damn! That was a handful.) He brings with him Amira to use as a weapon against old man Bass. And boy did that rattle Bart!

Anyhoos, Chuck sees Blair come in with her Jean Pierre (cue awkward, jealous stare). As everyone walks out of the loft, Blair and Chuck were left to talk about their pact. The two talk about their difficult parting and their regret of leaving Monte Carlo.

Nate, manages the NY Spectator alone, with no investors. He has let go of all of the partners after finding out that his grandfather William Van Der Bilt has something to do with them. So yea, he's not really independent from the Van Der Bilt legacy if he lets grandpa deal with them investors. This season, he meets a college girl who interviews him at the NY Spectator headquarters for her school paper. At the end of the episode, she invites him for a drink. (hmmm...)

A worried Lily comes to pay Rufus a visit, in the hopes of finding S in his home at Brooklyn. Unfortunately, Lily finds someone else... Ivy Dickens. Rufus, really??? IVY?! With Lily thinking he and Ivy are now together, she leaves with bitter parting words for Rufus. Rufus later on leaves to follow Lily and tries to help out in searching Serena. Ivy, left at the loft, calls and leaves a message to Lola aka THE Charlotte "Charlie" Rhodes. Ivy congratulates Lola on landing a TV show and tells her of her new gig--manipulating a vulnerable (read: gullible) Rufus Humphrey.

Dan is not a lonely boy anymore, coming home from Italy with Georgina Sparks. No hook-ups, but the two have a common interest--expose our Upper East Siders. He enlists G's help to write a tell-all book about his life inside the UES circle and everything about Manhattan's elite.

He gets a call from Blair (though, G answered it) about Serena's missing. Dan returns to NYC to help out search Serena, with G in tow. Georgina helps out, but with a different motive. She wants to find Serena first so she could show the world what S becomes of, probably humiliating S in public.

They drive to Poughkeepsie, where Damien Dalgaard's guy left a high Serena some few months back. According to him, that's where they last saw her and since then, has no word from her. Dan and Georgina searches the place for an asylum or maybe a rehab to find her, thinking maybe she was far too high the last time that she may have ended there. But still, no sign of S.

Nate blackmails Gossip Girl into telling him where Serena is. He uses the surveillance footage as bait to scare her into revealing Serena's whereabouts. He then sets off with Blair and Chuck to find her.

Later on, at a gas station, Georgina spots Chuck and his limo (with Nate and Blair) driving out. Feeling that they are also trying to search for S, Georgina hurries to drive her Odyssey (yes, she has a Honda! Shocking for a rich kid, eh?) with Dan and intercepts them.

Together they all find a happy Sabrina (Serena) at a wedding ceremony. There, they meet Steven (Barry Watson), Serena's new boyfriend. Thinking that it's her wedding, and that she's gone psycho, the gang tries to stop the wedding. After all the humiliation, they find out that it is actually a gay wedding. The grooms were shocked to find our UES gate crashers, stopping their union.

Later on, Serena comes clean to everyone. She explains to the gang that she's turning her life around after a near-death episode inside a train, being revived by paramedics. She pretends to be someone else so she can start fresh. Afterwards, S goes home to The Big Apple with her new beau.

Now that everyone's back home, Dan goes back to his Dad's. Unfortunately, he comes home to find Rufus and Ivy in bed. A baffled Dan, sneaks out. Shocked.
